HomeAdd ("HomeAdd," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through homeadd.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use our contact form, cost estimator, or call us, we collect the details you share: your name, phone, email, project city and ZIP, ownership and property type, timeline, budget range, financing interest, and any notes about your project.
Automatic information. When you visit our site we log the page URL, referring URL, browser user-agent, and — where present — UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term). We store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) for rate-limiting and spam protection.
How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a feasibility conversation.
- Prepare a scope of work, cost estimate, and — if you move forward — a contract.
- Follow up on active projects and post-completion questions.
- Measure which pages and channels bring us qualified inquiries.
- Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the site: our website hosting/edge platform, our database and authentication provider, our email provider, and, when applicable, phone/SMS providers. Each provider only receives the information it needs to deliver its service, under its own security terms. We do not sell your information.
Retention
We keep lead submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and afterward for our records of past bids and projects. You may ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing info@homeadd.com.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database that only our server-side systems can read or modify. No public or anonymous read access is permitted. We restrict internal access to team members who need it to serve you.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, request that we delete it, and request that we correct inaccuracies. To exercise these rights, email info@homeadd.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children
Our services are directed to homeowners; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
