HomeAdd started with home additions for neighbors in the Valley. When California opened the door to ADUs, we saw what homeowners actually needed: not a bigger house on a bigger lot, but more usable, permitted space on the property they already loved.
So we rebuilt the company around it. We coordinated architecture and permit management under one contract. We standardized detailed design-build proposals so families weren't gambling on open allowances. And we invested in project managers who work in the neighborhoods we build in — Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, and out through the Conejo Valley.

We coordinate permits with LADBS, LA County, Ventura County and the city building departments across Los Angeles and Ventura counties, and we review local ADU ordinances, setbacks, fire zones, and coastal overlays before we quote you.
A detailed line-item proposal after design, with itemized allowances. Any change to scope or price goes through a written change order you approve first.
Every project gets a named project manager as your point of contact, with regular progress updates through construction.
